My name is Olga and I am a Yoga Certified Instructor with 3 + years of teaching Yoga, and helping people to become stronger, flexible, to improve their lifestyle and quality of life. By training with me my clients have an opportunity to gain full range of mobility for their body and strengthen joints. I also educate my students on proper diet , healthy nutrition, and breathing.
Those are the elements of my Yoga teaching methods.
Before Yoga teaching I studied Public Relations, Diplomacy, Marketing and communication . It helped me in my yoga teaching career because working and speaking with audiences, communities was not new to me.
I have also studied Psychology and Pedagogy that is why transitioning to Yoga teaching for me was smooth and natural.
I have got an Advanced Certificate 200 YTT and was trained by one of the best Canadian trainers authorized by Pattabhi Jois and acquired in-depth knowledge about postures, breathing and spiritual aspects of Yoga teaching.
This course also introduced me not only to the best teaching but also to lots of people from Yoga communities that introduced me to Yoga culture and also experienced various Yoga teaching styles.
I have created my own style based on Yoga Flow Vinyasa and Ashtanga poses. In my classes I use Meditation with Positive thinking techniques , and teach my students how to breathe when moving through poses with focus and awareness.
Beside Yoga I am fond of traveling, learning new cultures, surfing and photography.
