Karla Patino

I was born and raised in Mexico, studied International Commerce at Tec de Monterrey and have a Masters in Business Administration. I worked as an virtual University class assistant in 1999, I was a Scholarships Director and a College Counselor (Mex 1998-2003). Moved to the USA in 2003 after getting married.  I'm a mother of two teenagers. I speak fluent English and Spanish and have French basic knowledge.   

Zumba Instructor since 2015 and STRONG Nation instructor since 2017. Grew up practicing sports (tennis, gymnastics, etc.) since a young age. Played soccer during college years and always enjoyed taking group fitness classes.  Through Zumba, I came across STRONG Nation.  I have been a STRONG Tech since May of 2020 and a Strong Nation Master Trainer since March of 2023.  I'm also licensed to teach Aqua Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Kids, Zumba Toning, CIRCL Mobility.  I'm licensed to teach CIRCL Mobility, I did a Mobility Specialist Certification in 2020, I'm an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor. I have participated in STRONG Nation demos presenting at the Arnold Classic Sports Festival in Columbus, OH. I was a presenter at SYNC SUMMIT 2021 doing the SYNC Lab session.

I believe in collaboration, and I'm passionate about helping others as well as growing together.
