I've taught classes across a broad range of demographics beginning with my time in the Army and continuing with my personal trainer and group fitness instructor certifications (AFAA/NASM). I have extensive experience developing and leading fitness classes for all ages and fitness goals.
I'm an Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA)/National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Group Fitness Instructor.
My teaching style is engaging, purposeful, fun and easy-going, and I enjoy seeing people smile, sweat and having a great time in my classes.
Fitness and health have been a huge part of my life since I was a teenager and is one of the things that help me to be the best version of myself. So, I use it as a means to an end – keeping me physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually in shape and balanced.
