Eunice Bruce

Eunice completed the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2023 through Past Tense Yoga in Washington, D.C. She specializes in trauma-informed yoga with an emphasis on creative and dynamic sequencing designed to help you learn about the body and develop stillness. She has been practicing yoga for about 10 years. She came to yoga as a way  to balance running. Yoga provides a sense of body-mind awareness and centeredness in her daily life. She learns from and is inspired by classes that ground and build strength in a playful way. She adds Yoga Nidra and Roll + Restore to her classes to balance movement with relaxation.
