Lisa Marie Holmes, owner of L’AB Studio x Clinic, is a practicing Registered Herbalist and Certified Pilates Instructor. She is also the creator of the herbal tea line “L’Apothicaire Botanique.”

With experience and training in naturopathic medicine (graduated but *non-licenced*), regenerative detoxification, family herbal medicine, fertility support, myofacial stretching, cupping, guasha, muscle striping, weight loss and nutrition, Lisa Marie applies her years of education in every client visit and movement class that she teaches.

With a special interest in preventative medicine using a vitalistic approach to healthcare, Lisa Marie creates customized herbal and lifestyle protocols to help her client’s achieve their health goals. She is a strong believer that movement is medicine and by creating flow throughout the body we aim to remove the blockages causing dis-ease and re-discover harmony.
