I am a fully qualified 200 hour Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Aerial Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer and Reiki Master. My business, Tonic Luxury Yoga specialises in running Yoga Retreats and Events at the luxury end of the market all over the world. In addition to this, I have a wealth of experience in teaching both large groups and in a more intimate setting for health clubs, gyms, spas, online, 1 to 1 clients, businesses, chair yoga (for over 70s) hen dos and private classes.

I am also trained in Pregnancy Yoga, specialise in Yoga for Women's Health and yoga with injury. I am therefore equipped and experienced at keeping all members of my classes safe and engaged.
