Marcia Olmsted

Fitness has been my hobby and passion for the past 30 years as I have led a high-powered and successful corporate career in the IT, publishing, and government industries. Since 2005, I have been certified as a registered Personal Trainer with ACE and certified with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2007, specializing in Viniyoga (therapeutic yoga). I have extensive experience doing personal coaching and leading groups in corporate environments for professional and personal development. I currently teach 2 yoga classes per week at Discover Yoga, a Redmond, WA based studio as well as offering private instruction. I will be moving into full-time yoga teaching (class and individual) and fitness coaching as I set up my own studio in September of 2008. I am a very fit and energetic 54 year who excels at motivating and energizing people of all ages in personal development and wellness. Current hobbies include singing in performing chamber choruses and distance running.
