About Me:

Hello everyone! I'm Sarah Mackintosh, a passionate and dedicated certified group fitness instructor with a mission to inspire and empower others through exercise and healthy living. With 14 years of experience in the fitness industry, I bring energy, enthusiasm, and expertise to every class I teach. In 2010, I began with Jazzercise, the original dance fitness program, teaching high and low impact dance classes, along with strength-training and stretching. In 2021, I became a certified fitness coach with Orangetheory Fitness where I lead HIIT style classes in a group training environment. Within the last year I've started teaching and coaching at Lifetime Fitness. There I lead classes in barre, dance, aqua and piyo along with coaching GTX-small group training. I have a wealth of knowledge in multiple fitness genres! 

Fitness Philosophy:

My approach to fitness is holistic, focusing not only on physical strength and endurance but also on mental well-being. I believe in creating a supportive, inclusive and FUN environment where every participant feels motivated and encouraged to achieve their personal best!

Specialties:

I specialize in a variety of group fitness formats including Barre, Dance Fitness, Aqua, HIIT and PIYO. Each class is designed to challenge participants of all fitness levels while ensuring safety and proper technique.
