Yoga teacher and coffee roaster based in Carlsbad, CA. What began as merely a method of stress relief has transformed into a passion for sharing mindful movement and bodily awareness with others. I focus on mind-muscle connection and encourage pairing strength training with yoga and mobility for a well-rounded practice. I have been teaching yoga for the last year, and recently completed certifications in personal training and nutrition coaching to offer expanded health and wellness education services for my students. I am also currently working on building my personal brand, “Balance with Brea,” geared toward intuitive fitness for busy moms.
In my spare time, I enjoy seeking out the best local coffee, hiking in nature, traveling to beautiful places, and spending as much time as possible with my firefighter husband and our newborn daughter.
