Rachel Barrigan

From a young age, Rachel was drawn to the world of fitness and health. Growing up, sports and physical activities were not just hobbies but integral parts of daily life. Whether it was running, playing team sports, or simply enjoying outdoor adventures, Rachel found joy in movement and the incredible ways the human body could be challenged and strengthened.
 
Rachel became a Paramedic where she completed courses in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition which further fueled a passion for fitness. During this time, Rachel also joined various fitness clubs and groups, immersing in different forms of exercise such as weightlifting, running, and group fitness classes. This hands-on experience not only improved personal fitness but also provided insight into the diverse methods of training and the importance of a well-rounded fitness regimen.
 
Rachel decided to turn this passion into a profession. Enrolling in a renowned fitness certification program, Rachel gained comprehensive knowledge in exercise science, program design, and client management. The certification process included rigorous training and practical exams, ensuring that Rachel was well-equipped to guide others on their fitness journeys.
 
With certification in hand, Rachel began working at a local gym, quickly building a reputation for being an enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructor. Clients appreciated Rachel’s ability to tailor workouts to individual needs and goals, creating an inclusive and motivating environment. Rachel also started offering specialized classes in high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength training broadening the scope of expertise and reaching a wider audience.
 
Today, Rachel is not only a fitness instructor and Personal Trainer but a mentor and advocate for a healthy lifestyle. With a mission to inspire and empower, Rachel strives to help every client discover their strength, improve their well-being, and achieve their fitness goals.
