Hi there! I'm Amanda, a passionate fitness instructor specializing in Zumba, circle mobility, and group fitness classes. With a love for music and dance, I bring energy and enthusiasm to every session, making fitness a fun and dynamic experience.

My interest in the fitness and sports industry was sparked by a desire to promote health and well-being, and it has evolved into a fulfilling career dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals. I find immense joy in leading Zumba classes, where the blend of music, dance, and fitness creates an exhilarating and effective workout experience. Additionally, my expertise extends to a variety of group fitness formats, ensuring that I can cater to diverse fitness needs and preferences.

For the past year, I've had the privilege of guiding and motivating others on their fitness journeys. It’s been incredibly fascinating to witness the transformation and dedication of my participants as we move and groove together. I am particularly drawn to the community aspect of group fitness. There is something incredibly motivating about working out with others, and I strive to foster a supportive and encouraging environment in all my classes. My training philosophy emphasizes fun, exclusivity, and results. I believe that when people enjoy their workouts, they are more likely to stick with them and see long-term benefits.

Outside of the studio, you can find me exploring new music, perfecting dance moves, and staying active in various fitness communities. My fitness goals include continuously expanding my knowledge and skills, staying updated with the latest fitness trends, and exploring new and innovative ways to make fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone. I am committed to personal growth and aim to inspire my participants to pursue their own fitness journeys with enthusiasm and dedication.

At the resort, I envision creating a vibrant fitness culture where guests can engage in high-energy Zumba sessions, diverse group fitness classes, and wellness activities that leave them feeling rejuvenated and empowered. My ambition is to make a positive impact on the lives of those I work with, promoting a holistic approach to health and well-being that they can carry with them beyond their stay.
