I am a certified yoga instructor at Lifetime Fitness in Woodstock, Georgia. I have 4 years experience teaching yin, Ashtanga, flow and meditation. I also have a certificate in level 1 and 2 Reiki Usui/Holy Fire III healing through the International Center for Reiki. I am life long practicing student and eternal learner. Increasing my knowledge in healing and yoga will continue to blossom and sharing this wisdom is my life goal. 

i have a bachelors degree in biology and understand the human body. I also enjoy traveling with my family. My husband works in Human Resources and my 3 kids keep our house adventurous. Added to this fun is our 3 rescue dogs.
