Melissa Moreno Maletta

I am a certified fitness professional dedicated to helping others achieve their health goals. I hold certifications in Indoor Cycling (valid until August 10, 2025), Aqua Zumba (certified on June 26, 2024), and Zumba Basic 1 (certified on May 28, 2023).

I have had the privilege of working at several prominent fitness centers, including Lifetime Fitness, Gold's Gym, OneLife Fitness, XSport Fitness, and Mizani Fitness. In my roles, I lead Zumba and cycling classes, choreographing routines that enhance cardiovascular health and physical fitness. I take pride in my ability to adjust workout intensity to ensure that all participants, regardless of their fitness level, can safely and effectively benefit from my classes.

Being bilingual in English and Spanish allows me to connect with a diverse group of clients, making my classes inclusive and engaging. My passion for fitness, combined with my dynamic teaching style, inspires participants to pursue healthier, more active lifestyles.
