I have been in the Corporate Fitness industry for 8 years. Now serving as a GM for 2 fitness center in the Seaport of Boston. I strive to instill a healthy lifestyle to not only myself but all of the clients I work with.
I have been a CPT for 10 years and a GFI for 7. I strive when it comes to teaching Strength and conditioning/Bootcamp style classes.
I currently Teach HIIT/ Chisel 2x a week along with a Stretch & Relax Class 1x a week at my current place of work. All classes are 30-45 minutes each.
I Personal Train 6-10 clients a week ranging from 30 mins to 1 hour sessions.
