Every class is curated as a grounded, elevated experience—focused on the feel of the space as much as the movement itself. The approach centers on intentional sequencing, clear guidance, and a steady, calming presence that helps guests settle in and connect with their bodies. Educated through RYT-500 yoga training and ACE Group Fitness certification, the work blends yoga, mobility, and breath-supported strength in a way that feels refined, accessible, and deeply supportive.
My teaching style is slow, precise, and highly attuned. Mindful sequencing, nervous system regulation, and intuitive movement shape each class, inviting clarity, presence, and a sense of reset that guests can carry with them long after the session ends. Whether guiding sunrise flow, mindful strength, or restorative movement, the intention is to offer an experience that feels grounding, restorative, and elevated.
With over a decade of teaching and facilitating wellness experiences, I’ve led studio classes, community programs, and immersive seasonal retreats. These layers of experience inform the way I weave together movement, breathwork, journaling, and intentional reflection—creating spacious, supportive environments for guests of all levels.
