<span;>I'm so happy to be able to share my love of yoga through teaching. Our health and wellbeing is a constant balancing act. Yin gives us the opportunity to bring balance our busy social, work and family life. We sometimes take for granted all the things our bodies do for us. We forget the importance of giving ourselves the time we need to sit in stillness, relax and find relief from the stresses of daily life. The amazing benefits of improved flexibility, increase circulation, and better joint mobility is enough alone to practice a slower pace yoga. Yin also teaches us patience and forces us to be mindful of what your body is asking for.
