I have been promoting health and wellness for over 17 years. I teach numerous fitness classes and do many training sessions weekly. I also continue to practice nursing three times per week.
I run a small fitness club and what brings satisfaction to me is to see people returning and achieving their goals. No request is too small or big as I try to give something back to the members and clients that continue to work with me .
I conduct high energy classes but I am known for engaging even beginners who typically enjoy my classes.
For my ongoing clientele, I push them to acheive their goals.
I am outgoing and enjoy meeting people and I look forward to this tremendous opportunity.
