Beyond the business grind, I'm a proud mom boy mom and I am a former Division I college sprinter at West Virginia University. Competing at that level instilled in me the values of discipline, perseverance, and the importance of staying physically active.
My true joy? Yoga. I'm all about its philosophies, chakras, and the purposeful movements that nurture both body and mind. I love bringing this passion to life with pop-up yoga sessions in local parks, inviting everyone to move, no matter their age or ability.
