MitchellFHIT stands for Functional High Intensity Training and it is centered around muscle development along with strength and endurance with plans created to an individual's specific goals. I like to incorporate functional movements that are used in your everyday life.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and a former college basketball player with bachelors degree in Journalism and a Master's in Business Administration and Human Resources. As a trainer I specialize in strength training, conditioning, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and group fitness. I am also a Natural and NPC physique competitor with a class wins in both organizations and an Natural IPE Pro.

I believe fitness is not only a great way to improve your health but it also is a confidence builder that is fun and creates a natural feeling of euphoria. As a trainer it is my responsibility to push you while assisting you in reaching your body goals while improving your physical and mental health and instilling confidence.
