Rosie’s purpose in life is to create and cultivate connection and community. Rosie first began her yoga journey more than 10 years ago after a long battle with anxiety, in a beautiful studio in the heart of Schomberg called Country Zen.  She instantly fell in love with the practice as it was helping her find tools and strategies to manage her anxiety and to live a more fulfilled and purposeful life.

In 2018 knowing how much her mind, body and soul had benefited from yoga, Rosie decided that it was time to share her passion and the benefits of yoga with others.  At first it was just a dream, but her husband Kevin said, “yes let’s do it” and Breathe was born. 

Rosie and the Instructors at Breathe want to inspire, empower and spread happiness to every person that walks through Breathe’s doors. Rosie and the Instructors want all members to feel welcomed and to feel connected to the Breathe community.  

In March of 2020, at the beginning of covid, Rosie was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Even though she was faced with another obstacle, she had yoga in her back pocket. This diagnosis gave her perspective and inspired her to live life to the fullest and to choose Courage Over Fear! It confirmed her commitment to her yoga practice and the importance of making yoga accessible to all and sharing it through connection and with Community.

Yoga is a powerful and transformative practice, that will lead you on a journey of self discovery. You will be guided through flows, salutations and breath. You will be led by kind, empathetic, compassionate humans with love and humour. We hope you enjoy the Breathe Community as much as we do….
