Fitness is a mindset and a lifestyle. In our personal relationships we must choose to love each and every day. We must also choose to pursue health each and every day. We must not become discouraged when we encounter seasons of setbacks or challenges but rather set our minds and hearts on the way back to physical, mental and spiritual wellness.
As a fitness professional, I am passionate about motivating others to also pursue health and wellness. I love teaching group fitness classes and mentoring new instructors. Having been diagnosed with severe arthritis in my both knees, I am constantly looking for ways to modify my classes and inspire others with health challenges to find ways to stay active well into their golden years.
