I am a US Special Operations veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan who turned to meditation, mindfulness, yoga, and breathwork to heal from the experience of war. By combining mindfulness with yogic breathing techniques, I created a framework that helped me heal from the cumulative effects of combat and post-traumatic stress. My approach to self-mastery and mental performance focuses on mindfulness as a core contemplative practice supported by breathwork and movement. I teach meditation, yoga, and breathwork, and I am passionate about serving others in their journey to heal, expand consciousness, and perform at peak levels in all aspects of life.
