Hi, my name is Janelle Kelley
My specialty is Functional Fitness, Flexibility, Mobility, Postural/Core Stability, and Strength Training. Having had my own health struggles, I know fitness related problems such as loss of flexibility, muscle strength and fatigue.
My goal is to create an enjoyable exercise program that is personalized for each of my clients to incorporate as part of their weekly routine.
**My fitness journey began at Gold’s Gym in 2011 after earning a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) Level II Certification through World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S.) This is the only CPT certification that requires a written and a practical skill exam.
**In 2013, I earned a Wellness/Lifestyle Fitness Certification and started providing private in-home, personal training sessions.
**In 2017, I was hired by W.I.T.S. as a proctor/examiner for the CPT Course at community colleges in Maryland. I am also part of a Job Task Analysis/Review group for their core knowledge test.
**In 2020, I earned a Group Exercise Instructor Certification to lead an outdoor Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT) class for my neighbors during COVID.
**In 2020, I was recruited by The Annapolis Yacht Club to be their exclusive personal trainer for their club members in their beautiful private gym.
**I continually earn CEC’s to further my education.
When I am not working or studying, I enjoy spending time with my family/grandchildren/friends, walking/hiking, bicycling, kayaking, and cruising/traveling with my husband❣️
