I grew up on Cape Cod in Massachusetts, and I am a mom of 3. I first discovered yoga while I was pregnant with my first daughter back in 2008, and I have been practicing ever since. I became a 200-hour RYT in June of 2020 soon after the pandemic hit. I did not start teaching until the summer of 2021. After that, I started getting more fitness certifications including a personal trainer certification and group fitness instructor certification. I recently finished my 300-hour yoga teacher training making me a 500-hour RYT. I have now been teaching for 3 years and teach on average 8-10 yoga classes per week. I also work with clients one-on-one and occasionally teach other group class formats when needed.
