I am a dedicated and passionate yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience in guiding students through their yoga journey. Trained in a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga, I bring a comprehensive and holistic approach to teaching. I am well-versed in the principles and practices that promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

My teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive and inclusive environment where students of all levels can explore their practice. Known for a warm and approachable demeanor and a focus on alignment and breath work, I work to ensure that each class is a unique and enriching experience.

In addition to regular studio classes, I have also led special events, sharing the transformative power of yoga with diverse groups. Whether it's a beginner looking to discover yoga for the first time or an advanced practitioner seeking to deepen their practice, I tailor each session to meet the individual needs of the students.

Outside of the studio, I am an advocate for a healthy and balanced lifestyle, incorporating mindfulness, nutrition, and self-care into daily life. This holistic approach is reflected in my teaching, hoping to inspire students to integrate yoga principles into all aspects of their lives.
