When I was introduced to yoga during my high school years, I immediately found a profound connection to the practice. I was drawn to the physical movements and the mental clarity it provided.
My passion for yoga led me to pursue certification as a yoga teacher at the Sadhana Yoga School in Fiji in 2015. I was eager to share the benefits of yoga with others.
Continuing my education, I obtained my RYT-500 certification from the School Yoga Institute in Peru in 2018, further enhancing my teaching skills and knowledge.
With a focus on health and wellness, I also hold a certification as a plant-based nutritionist from Cornell University and am trained as a trauma-informed yoga teacher. I find joy in helping others explore the advantages of a compassionate vegan lifestyle.
My ultimate goal is to inspire and educate individuals to make mindful choices that not only improve their overall well-being but also benefit the environment.
