Greetings!  My name is Dena, and I have been praciticing yoga for nearly 20 years.  6 years ago I completed my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and quickly started teaching yoga and working with yoga teacher training programs in Minnesota.  Then in 2020 I decided to take the time to complete my 300-Hour YTT, and will forever be grateful for that amazing experience during a not-so-amazing time.  Yoga is a practice of the body and the mind through the breath and I love sharing those aspects of the practice with students every week.  In the last couple of years I found that time spent in Barre class was a nice compliment to my yoga practice and recently added a certification in Barre.  So whether at the Barre or on your mat its amazing to be a body in motion. In addition to teaching and taking class I am a busy wife and mother who also enjoys reading, and time with my dog.
