Hi my name is Bree, and I am a Personal Trainer, Pilates (mat & reformer) Instructor, Freestyle Fitness Instructor (HIIT, circuit, choreographed aerobics and strength training) and Aqua Aerobics Instructor.
I love working in the fitness industry, and it is a privilege and a joy helping my clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals.
From a young age, exercise has been my foundation to maintaining sound mental and physical health. The benefits I have experienced from a strong body and mind are endless.
My professional fitness journey began in 2015 when I returned home to Australia after a 10-year stint living in London. I was given the opportunity to complete an aqua aerobics instructor course and soon after commenced teaching classes at different venues. I instantly fell in love with instructing and my career in health and fitness has been evolving and growing ever since.
I have been fortunate to experience many group fitness classes as a participant at international resorts. The motivations and expectations of resort guests are often varied, and I understand the need to be flexible and dynamic to meet those requirements. As an instructor I am excited to provide a relaxed, fun and upbeat vide along side a professional fitness program.
I am qualified to instruct a variety of fitness classes, and can adapt to a diverse group of people, including young adults through to older adults, pre/post-natal women, participants experiencing pain and/or injury and the general population.
