Justin Williams

Justin is a NASM Certified personal trainer with specializations in Performance Enhancement, Fitness Nutrition, Golf Fitness, Women’s Fitness, Youth Exercise, TRX Suspension Training, TRX Group Training, Large and Small group training.  "You have a billion-dollar body, believe in it, learn it, use it."

Justin developed a passion for fitness and overall well-being at an early age.   Growing up Justin was always involved in sports, he loved comic books, martial arts, body building, and even used to write workout programs for himself and friends. He suffered a major leg injury competing early in his high school career. “That injury was gift, it shaped my future.  I was already fascinated with how the body could be built and what it could do, now I had to figure out what mine was going to do. I spent my high school, college years, and beyond battling small injuries while competing.  Well after college and into my adult life, I took a desk job working overseas.  I had a great deal of free time, and I spent it doing a lot but running and lifting weights.  I found that I was in great shape, but I wasn't necessarily in shape.  Most importantly, all the training I did to fully rehab my leg didn't work, it was strong, but I had poor mobility, stability, flexibility, and power.  When I returned to the US, I realized that I had so much to learn about the human body." This is what challenged Justin to become a person trainer.  "I knew if I could have success working on my body, my old injuries, and correct my muscle imbalances, I would be ready to help others discover what they are capable of."

This is where TRX Suspension training comes in.  TRX says, “Make Your Body Your Machine!”  It is truly that in Justin's sessions.  "Suspension training fit seamlessly with my style of training.  You can use it to gain strength, gain power, make your body lean, regain mobility, become more flexible, and support overall wellness.  It allowed me to fully rehab my leg after years and years of poor movement and relative flexibility.  It’s a great tool to correct those "bad" areas in our body (bad knees, bad back, etc.) by allowing you to gradually increase the level of difficulty and stability.”

Justin does everything he can to ensure a safe and fun training experience in every training session or class that he instructs.  "This is not just something you go to and get through; we have an experience that will change your mood and shape your exercise and fitness future."
