I am a dental assistant for a Periodontist in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. I am also a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer. I received my Pilates certification by Leslee Bender, Pilates Coach, in Boise, Idaho at the Idaho Athletic Club. I instructed Pilates classes at North Idaho Fitness in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho for three and a half years. Currently I am instructing three Pilates classes a week at World Gym in Hayden, Idaho and a Personal Trainer and have been employed by World Gym for two years.
