Hi, I'm Abbey!
I am a health and fitness coach from Yorkshire, United Kingdom. I'm 32 years old and a co-founded Pivotal Health and Wellbeing CIC, a non profit community organisation committed to providing fun and affordable health and wellness sessions to people in our local community.
I have been teaching various group fitness classes since 2017, bringing energy, expertise, and encouragement to participants. I have a diverse teaching portfolio that includes Group Exercise, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Pound Fit, and Pilates, I have gained a reputation for delivering engaging and effective workouts tailored to meet the needs of different fitness levels, age groups and abilities.
At Pivotal Health and Wellbeing CIC, I focus on creating accessible and supportive environments where individuals can pursue healthier lifestyles while feeling comfortable and also having fun! By combining professional fitness training with a genuine commitment to my community, I aim to inspire and motivate people to achieve their health and wellness goals.
Beyond the world of fitness, I am a huge lover of animals and love arts & crafts, with a particular passion for watercolour painting! This creative outlet allows me to unwind and encourages me to slow down and enjoy the present moment.
Looking to the future, I dream of establishing a farm retreat with rescue therapy animals and wellness classes overlooking the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. I aim to create a serene and healing environment where individuals can reconnect with nature, animals, and themselves, promoting holistic health and happiness.
Driven by a passion for health and a desire to make a positive impact, I am dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals in my local community and beyond through fun and effective workouts suitable for all fitness levels!
