Rachel Beardsley

I am currently finishing up my last semester at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan to achieve a Bachelor's Degree in Wellness, Health Promotion, and Injury Prevention with a focus in Exercise Science. I expect to graduate in May 2008 and go on to pursue a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology. I am an extremely motivated and positive individual who believes physical activity is an essential component in living a healthy lifestyle. I am very passionate about helping other people enhance their health and well-being. I also love assisting people to reach their fitness goals.
