Kristie Kim began her yoga journey in 2017, seeking relief from lingering pain resulting from an injury. Falling deeply in love with the practice, Kristie discovered not only physical healing but also profound mental well-being. As a certified yoga teacher through the Sparks Yoga Teacher Training Program, Kristie's teaching style is deeply rooted in mindfulness and breath awareness. She guides her students to explore the connection between movement and inner stillness, creating a safe space where they can cultivate self-awareness and inner peace.
 
Beyond the physical benefits, Kristie believes in the transformative power of yoga to heal the mind, body, and soul. As a mental health counselor, she is passionate about helping others find peace and balance in their lives. Kristie sees yoga as a holistic tool for healing and empowerment, aiming for her students to leave class feeling rejuvenated and uplifted.
