I have been teaching fitness for 14 years. I have my AFAA group fitness certification and primarily teach zumba, aqua zumba and zumba toning. I have my 200 hour yoga teaching certification and enjoy teaching gentle and restorative yoga. I began teaching because fitness is and always has been a very big part of my life. I wanted to share my enthusiasm for fitness with others. I work at making each class a fun and effective workout that motivates my participants to return and make fitness a priority in their lives. When I’m not teaching fitness, I am working as a dental hygienist. I also enjoy cooking and crafting.
