Evelyn Momplaisir

I am a licensed Health and PE teacher for grades K-12, currently in my twentieth year of teaching as a public school teacher. I have experience teaching physical education classes to students in elementary school and high school. I am also a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200) and founder of Soluna Wellness, where my specialties are yoga (asana) and breathwork.
