I've worked in Communications and Marketing for over 15 years and hold a masters degree in Journalism. But my passion is teaching yoga. I've taught in a variety of settings -- gyms, studios, backyards, etc. and have a strong following for my classes. My preferred style is Hatha, but I have taught restorative yoga and hot yoga.
