I have a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and hold a certification as a supervisor of group fitness instructors and weight trainers with the British Columbia Parks and Recreation (BCRPA). This certification allows me to train and certify new group fitness instructors and weight trainers. Being Certified as A SFL Group Fitness Instructor and Weight Trainer holds me to teaching with the highest level of professionalism and service. With 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have a robust background in personal training and group fitness. My true passion lies in teaching cycling, cardio, and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes.
Throughout my career, I have worked as a kinesiologist and fitness and sports programmer for both private businesses and municipalities. My extensive experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of how to design effective and engaging fitness programs tailored to a diverse range of clients.
