**Biography**

Hello! I am Jovita Bowman, the founder of Principles of Pleasure Fitness. I am committed to making fitness an enjoyable and accessible experience for individuals from all walks of life. With a robust foundation of certifications and a passion for empowering others, I am thrilled to introduce a series of fitness classes designed to energize participants, promote well-being, and foster a vibrant community.

My qualifications include a diverse range of certifications that reflect my dedication to health and wellness:

 

- **CIRCL Mobility Certification** (August 2024)

- **Zumba Basic 1 Instructor Certification** (July 2024)
- **30-Hour Yin Yoga Certification** (Yoga with Kassandra, January 2024)
- **Yoga Teacher - Level 1 Certification** (Yoga Fit, February 2016)
- **200-Hour Yoga Certification** (Yoga on High, July 2019)
- **Personal Trainer Certification** (ACE, January 2016; recertifying by January 31, 2026)
- **CPR & AED Certification** (Red Cross, March 2023; recertifying by March 3, 2025)

I earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Franklin University (May 2009), which has equipped me to effectively connect and communicate with diverse groups.

In addition to my fitness experience, I proudly served in the Ohio Army National Guard from 2001 to 2004. This military background instilled in me strong discipline, resilience, and leadership skills that I apply to my professional endeavors. The physical and mental fortitude I developed during my service enhances my fitness philosophy, inspiring others to achieve their personal goals.

With over eight years of dedicated experience in the fitness industry, I have built strong management and instructional skills:
