I‘m certified in a variety of different fitness formats-- Yoga (over 700 hours of training), Pilates, Barre, HIIT, Cycle, TRX, and Les Mills BodyPump. I help to build sustainable strength through a heavy focus on core work. I bring an athletic edge to all of my classes, ensuring that everyone leaves with a total body workout.
