NICOLE darienzo

Nicole Michele D'Arienzo is a seasoned fitness and dance professional with over 14 years of experience in the industry. Holding an array of certifications including NASM CPT, CFSC, Precision Nutrition Level 1, Zumba, Strong Nation, Pre & Post Natal, AEA, and CPR/AED, Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her clients.

Nicole has a diverse skill set that includes personal training, fitness for seniors, corrective exercise, and mobility coaching. Her dance background enriches her fitness training, making her an exceptional mobility coach and a versatile instructor.

Her career includes significant tenures at prominent fitness establishments such as Equinox, City Zero, and the House of Transformation. Nicole has also contributed her expertise to the Norwegian Cruise Line, where she taught Zumba fitness classes to guests on board. As a Professional Dancer she has performed with high-profile acts like Ciara and Don Omar, and on platforms like America's Got Talent and Univision. Nicole's career spans prestigious roles in theater and commercial dance, including dance captain for the Tony Award-winning choreographers of "Havana" and "Saturday Night Fever." 

Currently, Nicole offers personal training both in person and virtually through her brand, Balanced Body by Nicole. She is adept at curating personalized programs tailored to the unique needs and goals of her clients, conducting assessments, and implementing necessary modifications to ensure optimal results. Her clients range in age from 17 to 75, showcasing her ability to connect and adapt her training methods to a wide demographic.

In addition to her fitness endeavors, Nicole is a dedicated dance instructor. She currently teaches master classes, workshops, and intensives that encompass conditioning, flexibility, injury prevention, and various dance styles including commercial jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, and musical theater.

Nicole’s commitment to her clients and students is evident in her comprehensive approach to training and education, combining physical fitness with nutritional guidance and lifestyle coaching.
