I am a group fitness instructor who is passionate about health and fitness. I have seen the benefits of exercise on my own mental and physical health and enjoy getting people moving so they can enjoy those same benefits. Being active is one of the most important things to do in order to ensure lasting health as we age.
I like being active and outside and enjoy activities such as trial running, hiking, ice climbing and mountain climbing. I have competed in multiple running races, both road and trail, and have also completed an ironman 70.3.
