Started taking Zumba classes in 2012. Zumba helped me drop 50 pounds and gain confidence on myself. I have been teaching Zumba classes since 2017 and also got AFAA certified as a group instructor. The pandemia hit and 2020 was a hard year, I regained the lost pounds and menopause hit. I kept teaching and now I'm loosing, again, all the weight. Zumba along with other lifestyle changes remains a constant healthy habit in my day to day for my mental and physical health. Now I teach Zumba Toning and Aqua Zumba and I love them as much as the regular Zumba.
