Corey Sleep

I have my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (B.Sc.Kin) from McMaster University and have been working at Orangetheory Fitness for 3 years, qualified as a CSEP CPT for even longer. I've been doing my own fitness for most of my life, always in love with it. While I'm usually quiet outside of studio, I love picking up the energy for a strong workout and am going to make some jokes along the way!
