Joseph Lignelli

Im a 25 year personal trainer from upstate ny.....I have gotten involved in the fitness and health industry to help change peooples lives. I also have a huge emotional attachment to what i do. I grew up heavy my entire life, my senior year of high school i weighed 305lbs! I was always " the fat kid". Finally at the age of twenty three i got my act together. I now weigh 200lbs and am in the best shape in my life. I have a vast knowledge of nutrition and exerscise and all i want to do is help others achieve what i have achieved for myself. A long healthy Life!
