Cynthia Switzer

Good morning!

My name is Cindy (Cynthia) and I am a mother of 3 wonderful kids - Kayla 30 yrs, Cameron 27 yrs & Maya 17.  We are a very close family who love to eat & cook, explore, laugh dance and sing together...well basically everything together!!  My family is everything in this world and I am blessed to be their Mom.  

I am a trained Botanist and Floral Designer designing for over the past 20 years and have in the past two years expanded my awareness and wellbeing to be the focus and forefront of my life moving forward.  Two years ago my husband of 29 years and I decided to separate and go our separate ways as our lives no longer aligned with one another.  As mentioned I am extremely family oriented, focused on my health and daily wellbeing and we no longer shared this same vision.  At that time I immersed myself into Breathwork & Meditation, Sound healing and also finally took a leap of faith and completed my Yoga teacher training which I am extremely proud of - especially knowing I learned from one of the very best in all of BC, the one and only Laura Martini who deeply cares about the knowledge and success of her students.

I am now exploring my new business opportunities as I have set up a Yoga and Sound Ceremony space in my home, have been offering mainly Individual sessions in both and would love to expand on this by incorporating travel & Retreats into my business plan as well.  It would be my pleasure and an honour to be able to help and assist others with their wellness while on vacation, such a privilege!
