Piper McArthur

Piper is a dedicated yoga instructor who has been serving the central Alberta community since 2022. Passionate about trauma-informed yoga and intuitive movement, her focus is on creating inclusive classes that cater to all levels and abilities. Piper’s approach emphasizes both physical alignment and breath to promote emotional healing, aiming to support each individual’s journey towards their own holistic well-being. 
 
Piper specializes in teaching Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative based practices that are designed to leave her students feeling empowered, nourished and grounded.
