Len Feldman is a versatile professional musician with decades of experience playing piano, keyboards and harmonica in many genres. Len continues to share his depth and breadth of musical knowledge with students of all ages, many of whom have gone on to careers in music.

Len's credits include arranging for and performing with artists such as Lighthouse, jazz/ reggae guitar great Ernest Ranglin, Sun Records recording artist Rosco Gordon (“Shirley”, “Just a Little Bit”), members of Iron Butterfly, Blues Image, the Lincolns, the Stamps Quartet, the Sweet Inspirations, and Elvis Presley’s original drummer D.J. Fontana. 

His playing/composing/arranging and backup vocals have been featured at the Collingwood Elvis Festival (the largest in the world), on CBC Radio with The Illustrated Men (an award winning improv comedy group), with the Mississauga Sinfonia at the Living Arts Centre, at the Toronto International Film Festival, and at many other notable venues.

He has delighted audiences around the world, working on various cruise ships, playing at resort destinations, and touring with pop groups. He has extensive recording experience in both traditional, tape-based studios such as Grant Avenue in Hamilton and state-of-the-art digital facilities.

Len has also written columns for Canadian Musician magazine and an instructional text on music history, counterpoint, and composition entitled “Musicianship 1”. 

Len has been teaching jazz, pop, and classical piano, as well as harmony and composition, for many years, engaging and motivating hundreds of students. He is also an honours graduate of Humber College’s jazz program, with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ottawa and further studies at York University.
