I have 15 years experiance in the Fitness Industry and work full time for the largest chain of health clubs in the world, 24 Hour Fitness, as the Project Manager of Fitness, overseeing all projects that relate to Group Exercise and Personal Training. I teach a variety of formats and am familiar with several others. I am also a certified personal trainer.
