Emilie Gilbert

A trained actress, Émilie has always been passionate about the body and movement. She discovered Pilates in 2005 and fell in love with this method. She therefore decides to add a string to her bow in order to be able to transmit her passion. She obtained her certification in 2008 at Ann McMillan Pilates. She has since given group classes all over the island of Montreal, while continuing her career as a performer. Its dynamism is contagious, and its always diverse classes delight its customers.
