Lyndsay Hardy

Lyndsay has been practicing and teaching yoga for over seven years and is adept at teaching many styles and to all levels of experience. She takes great care in making sure each participant of her classes is seen and cared for as they move through their practice. Her classes vary from energetic to calm flows, depending on the time of day and the needs of the group.

Lyndsay holds her 300-hour yoga teacher certification, and her prenatal yoga teacher certification.
